The pool was nice and refreshing and the food had a large variety. The air conditioning united in the room was great when it worked.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The location of the hotel is inconvenient and requires a lot of walking.

A twin bed was a bonus. Aquamania can be quickly reached, it’s just 1 km away.

Spent Xmas in this seaside hotel and had a great time. The food was fantastic with a range of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. The highlight of the trip was the beautiful views from the balcony and being only a short walk away from the beach. the indoor pool was really enjoyable and a great way to relax after exploring the town.

That the rooms were slightly outdated and could have used some renovations. However, this did not detract from the overall experience as the holiday was excellent value for money.

Horrible food (stale, old, fast-food-like), dirty rooms, unfriendly personnel, dirty and crowded pool; the location is terrible - too far from the beach; the hotel was full of unsupervised Russian and Bulgarian 10/12-year olds who were shouting all the time, crowding, making unbelievable noise and littering. The hotel has not been properly cleaned or refurbished for decades.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The meals exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of delicious options, including ample servings of meat, fish, and vegetables. The mussels were particularly tasty. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the included alcohol was also of good quality. Furthermore, the hotel did not charge me extra for an additional child bed. The cleanliness of the hotel's pool was impressive, and my baby had a fantastic time playing in it. The hotel's location near the beach and the nearby shop made it convenient to access both. The friendly staff members at the restaurant, particularly Dora, always warmly greeted me with a smile.

Cleaning personnel is unpolite. Then on website check-in is 14:00 but I had to wait mar than 1h and half to check-in.

The hotel is situated on a hill, offering a picturesque view of the nearby beach. There is a shop conveniently located near the hotel, making it easy to access any necessities. the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the beach, ensuring guests have easy access to the sand and sea.

The cleaning staff has been reported to enter rooms without permission, resulting in a lack of privacy and discomfort for guests.

This hotel is completely outdated and need a big face lift. The breakfast menu wasn't geared towards Irish or English people. Only went once during our stay.

We had booked in for 6 nights but only stayed for 3 because there was no air conditioning which in this day and age is totally unaccepable in such a warn county and it was very noisy early in the mornings with young children crying. We didn't get one nights sleep due to the heat and the crying children. There wasnt even a fan available from receiption to hire.

The prices were very good but unfortunately the low prices were correlated with low quality of the services. We liked the availability of juices and icecream and of the swimming pool.

It was noisy and very hot although on the hotel website among other amenities the air condioned was present, but in reality it is absent. It was also the case of refrigerator and the hair dryer that existed not. Also, the elevator warked only until 15-16 o'clock, after that we should ascend by stairs with a 3 years old child to the fourth floor. As I know at least air conditioned should be compulsory for a three stars hotel. The cleaning was not acceptable, the balcony floor was mildewy.

The quality / price report was very good. Our expectations were not very high yet they had okay services.

It was very noisy. There were children in the camp and they were making to much noise early in the morning.

Breakfast served at the restaurant across the street was ok, even better than average 3 star.

Too many years are passed since last renovation, the whole hotel looked old and tired. The hotel room on the ground floor had a really bad smell, there is no air conditioner or the fridge. We arrived 15min before check in time and the reception lady asked us to wait exactly 15min for no reason.
